BASIC HATHA YOGA FOR WOMEN REGISTRATION

Hatha Yoga is appropriate for people of all ages and levels. It is a total
health system that helps you achieve a balance of body, mind and spirit.
Classes will include postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama)
and relaxation techniques. The benefits of yoga include stress reduction,
increased flexibility, toning, the stretching and strengthening of muscles
and a sense of well-being. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. A yoga
mat, large beach towel or small blanket is required for class.

YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF REGISTRATION
CLOSED
You will be guided through a yoga practice designed to improve strength,
flexibility and most importantly relieve stress and tension. Class will
also focus on helping you use yoga in everyday life for less stress and
more balance. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a good night's
sleep. Class is suitable for all levels. Bring a yoga mat or large beach
towel and dress in comfortable clothes.
