PILATES
Pilates is a series of challenging and invigorating exercises which, once learned properly, can be practiced anywhere. The carefully constructed movements are designed to help the student strengthen the core (abdominal and back) muscles. Rehabilitative and preventative, Pilates will create long, flat, hard muscles and a sculpted body. It will also improve flexibility, correct imbalances, enhance posture, stimulate circulation and increase mental awareness. This is an excellent complement to any exercise regimen for people of all ages and fitness levels. Bring a flat mat and wear comfortable clothing.

QI GONG REGISTRATION CLOSED
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise that promotes fitness, health and longevity. It integrates mind, breathing, movement and meditation to bring your body back into balance and increase vitality. Practiced by people of all ages, Qi Gong reduces stress and muscular pain; increases flexibility; enhances the immune system; and promotes wellness and healing.

TAI CHI I REGISTRATION CLOSED
Tai Chi is an internal martial art and a form of Chi Gong that uses meditative movement and progressive relaxation to enhance balance and cultivate chi (intrinsic energy). Tai Chi is a graceful and gradual process that raises vitality, nourishes the spirit and releases stress. The beginner class will focus on health and relaxation and is suitable for all ages.
