ARAN KNITTING
Learn to make that intricate-looking Aran fisherman knit sweater you never
thought possible! If you can knit and purl, you are already on your way
to making a beautiful sweater. Students will become familiar with Aran
knitting techniques by completing a baby- or child-size sweater and then
progress to an adult version of their own choosing. Bring size 7 knitting
needles (straight or circular), two 3 1/2- to 4-ounce skeins of machine
washable worsted weight yarn, stitch markers, cable needle and a size
F crochet hook.

KNITTED FELTED BAG REGISTRATION
CLOSED
Have fun creating a felted bag. Various designs to choose from including
the entrelac bag. All bags will be done with 100% wool yarn. If you possess
basic knitting skills, you CAN create a unique bag for yourself or as
a gift.

KNITTING REGISTRATION
CLOSED
Learn a new skill or develop your present skill level. Course covers how
to read a pattern and use a stitch gauge along with casting on, increasing,
decreasing, binding off and finishing techniques. Students will be encouraged
to complete small projects of their choice to develop skill and confidence.
Beginners should bring a pair of any size, single-pointed, 10-inch knitting
needles and a 3- or 4-ounce skein of worsted weight yarn. More advanced
students should bring a new or unfinished project to class. Students progress
at their own pace with individual attention given to each student.
