MOSAIC AND TILE NEW!
Create mosaic and tile artwork suitable for hanging in your home or adaptable to a tabletop. During the first half of the program you will develop plaster relief molds which will be pressed to create multiple clay tiles. In the latter part of the semester you will create a two-dimensional composition using small pieces that will be glazed to create a colorful mural. Small shards of other tile will be used to complete the design. All equipment and supplies will be provided. Lab fee for the course is built into the tuition.
