Are you thinking of buying your first home, or have you not bought property recently and want to update your knowledge? Do you know what differentiates a buyer's agent from a seller's agent or a dual agent? Who does each agent work for? Learn how to have the real estate broker work for you, not the seller. Learn about the importance of location, price range and type of property on the market. Learn the techniques of making an offer, what to look for in a house and buyer safeguards. You will go through the complete process from property search to paperwork to financing to moving in.
