30/30 WORKOUT REGISTRATION CLOSED
For those who wish to begin an exercise program or haven't exercised in some time, this is the class for you. The class consists of 30 minutes of a low intensity aerobics routine followed by 30 minutes of muscle conditioning. Please bring a towel and 3-5 lb. weights. Class limited to 20.

CARDIO BLAST REGISTRATION CLOSED
Blast away the fat and calories in this high energy aerobics and step class. Challenge your body with an easy-to-follow aerobics routine followed by step. Beginners are welcome as basic moves are incorporated into all routines. The workout will end with muscle conditioning exercises. Please bring a towel and 3-5 lb. weights. Class limited to 20.

CARDIO KICK BOXING REGISTRATION CLOSED
This class will teach you the sport of kick boxing as a fun, motivating, fat-burning, muscle building workout. You will learn to throw real punches and real kicks using focus pads and body shields. This class is designed for men and women of all fitness levels. There will be no sparring and no contact.

FUNDAMENTALS OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND CONDITIONING REGISTRATION CLOSED
Health experts are in agreement that some type of resistance training is conducive to one's overall health. Learn the proper methods of technique and performance and how to "set up your routine." This course is for beginners looking to learn how to properly perform strength training exercises as well as for experienced participants who would like their technique examined.

STEP AND SCULPT REGISTRATION CLOSED
Designed to improve cardiovascular and muscle endurance, this dynamite fat-burning workout incorporates an easy-to-follow step aerobics routine with a muscle conditioning and flexibility segment. For those who are new to step, basic step moves will be covered at the beginning of the session. Participants will also be shown how to determine the intensity of the program by adjusting step height and choosing between lower or higher intensity movements, all of which will be demonstrated during the class. Please bring a towel and 3-5 lb. weights. Class limited to 20.

TOTAL MUSCLE CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY TRAINING REGISTRATION CLOSED
In this class, students will improve overall fitness, including muscle endurance, flexibility, coordination, metabolic rate and bone density. Challenging for all fitness levels, intensity is determined by the weights used for the workout. Stability balls will be used for core stability training, and elements from yoga and Pilates will be incorporated into the flexibility segment. Everyone should bring a stability ball and a towel. In addition, beginners should bring 3-5 lb. weights while intermediate and advanced students should bring 8-10 lb. weights. Class limited to 20.

ZUMBA
Zumba routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow Latin rhythms are combined with resistance moves to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This dynamic fitness program will help you achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing and awe-inspiring movements. The class meets once per week, or participants can opt to make it a twice-a-week class.
