KARATE AND SELF-DEFENSE
"You don't have to be a victim." This six-session class will provide you with effective methods of protecting yourself. You will learn how to disarm an assailant by using blocks, strikes, kicks and takedowns. You will develop balance and self-discipline through the art of karate with minimum exercise and maximum fun.

SELF-DEFENSE FOR WOMEN REGISTRATION CLOSED
This class promotes confidence and self-awareness. Students will learn the concept of fight or flight, using your body as a weapon and practicing techniques so they become second nature. Participants will become mentally prepared to react in the worst circumstances.
