Designed to improve cardiovascular and muscle endurance, this dynamite fat burning workout incorporates an easy-to-follow step aerobics routine with a muscle conditioning and flexibility segment. Great for beginners, the program uses basic step moves and is very easy to follow. Please bring a towel and 3-5 lb. weights.
